Flat Embroidery

Thread is stitched directly onto the cap panel. Durable and suitable for logos and text.

3D Embroidery

3D embroidery uses a foam underlay to create raised depth and a bold, dimensional logo.

Faux 3D Embroidery

Stitch structure and density imitate a shallower raised effect without foam underlay.

Screen Print

Ink is pushed through a screen onto the fabric. Best for solid graphics with fewer colours.

Polyester may require anti-migration ink or low-temperature curing.

Sublimation Print

Artwork is infused into polyester fibres by heat, giving vivid colour and a light hand-feel.

Polyester-based fabrics only.

Digital Print

Ink is printed directly onto cotton — ideal for gradients, photos and multicolour detail.

Cotton-based fabrics only; pre-treatment usually required.

Flock Print

Short fibres are applied onto adhesive to create a soft, velvet-like surface.

Puff Print

Heat-expanding ink creates a soft, raised surface. Simple text and clean linework work best.

3D HD Print

Layers of high-density ink create a clean, raised graphic with sharp edges. Best for bold logos.

Very fine details are not recommended.

Glitter Print

Fine glitter particles mixed into the ink create a sparkling, reflective surface.

Bold shapes and clear lines give the best visual effect.

Pearlescent Print

Special pigments create a subtle shimmer that shifts slightly under different lighting.

Best for refined, metallic-like sheen on clean shapes.

Silicone Print

Silicone ink creates a soft, elastic surface in matte, glossy or slightly raised finishes.

Woven Patch

Fine threads are woven to render detailed logos, text and patterns with a smooth, flat finish.

Sublimation Patch

Full-colour artwork is transferred onto a polyester patch before it is sewn to the cap.

Silicone Print On Woven Patch

Silicone printed over a woven patch combines fine woven detail with a soft, flexible raised effect.

High-frequency Press Patch

High-frequency welding and embossing create a durable, dimensional patch with defined edges.

Best for bold logos and medium-sized details.

Leather Patch

Genuine leather is embossed, laser-marked or printed, then stitched, riveted or bonded on.

Rubber Patch

Moulded PVC or rubber shows multiple colours, relief and crisp edges, then is sewn or bonded.

TPU Patch / TPU Label

Thermoplastic polyurethane labels can be thin, flexible, translucent, multicolour or dimensional.

3D Rubber

A mould creates a thick, strongly raised rubber graphic or badge with a strong 3D presence.

Best for simplified artwork with sufficient line thickness.

Recycle Silicon Patch

Recycled silicone makes a flexible, durable raised badge with a soft rubber feel.

Simple artwork and clear linework are recommended.

Metal Pin

A metal pin gives a polished badge with crisp details and a strong dimensional appearance.

Balanced sizing and clean shapes are recommended.

Sandwich

A fabric insert sits between the brim layers to create a visible decorative edge.

Available on cap shapes with a sewn brim.

Printed Sandwich

A printed insert with text or pattern between the brim layers creates a decorative edge.

Available on cap shapes with a sewn brim.

Woven Sandwich

A woven tape with text or pattern between the brim layers creates a decorative edge.

Embossing / Debossing

A die, pressure and heat create a raised or recessed design with a subtle tone-on-tone look.
