Inside a Neutronium custom order, step by step

Every program starts with intent. We look at where the hat will live — retail, team kit, event giveaway — and work backwards to shape, fabric and decoration.

Next comes the tech pack: panel construction, Pantone colours for every component, decoration craft per panel, closure hardware, labels and packaging.

We then produce a pre-production sample. Nothing goes into bulk until you have held the sample and signed off on colour, placement and fit.

Bulk production, quality inspection, and door-to-door logistics close the loop — most programs land within six to ten weeks of sample approval.
